Yoni Steam Herbs contains:

• Motherwort – This herb relaxes the womb and is good for cramps and labor

• Neem leaves – The Neem plant can heal and regenerate skin cells

• Calendula – Heal anal and vaginal tears and helps restore the delicate tissue of the vaginal walls

• Yarrow – Helps to stimulate the uterus and helps relive pelvic congestion

• Peony root – Helps assist with cracks and tears around the anal and vaginal area that can be caused from trauma or sex of the vagina/anus

• Organic Cinnamon Sticks/Powder – An anti-yeast and fungal agent.

• Rose buds – Fragrant healing herb with Anti–depressant, anti-spasmodic, aphrodisiac, astringent, sedative, digestive stimulant, increases bile production, cleansing, expectorant, anti–bacterial, anti-viral, antiseptic, kidney tonic, menstrual regulator, and anti-inflammatory.

• Lavender – Fragrant healing herb with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.

  HOW TO USE:

  Please your Yoni Stainless Steel Bowl on the floor or sanitized toilet or shower (whichever is more comfortable). Fill your yoni bowl with desired amount of distilled boiling water. I suggest adding 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to your water in your Yoni bowl to help draw out toxins and heal from razor bumps/burns from shaving the Yoni area as well. Add your desired amount of Yoni Herbs to the bowl of hot water. Allow to cool a bit (this allows the healing oil from the herbs infuse in the water) . Check the steam temperature and ensure it is at a comfortable temperature…… then sqat over the bowl and place a blanket or towel around your waist to lock in the healing vapors of the herb infused water. Perform your Yoni Steam for about 30 minutes.

• When Yoni Steam is complete apply some Yoni oil to lock in the moisture.

• Yoni Wash can be used for daily cleansing or before and after sexual intercourse.
